When Push Comes To Shove

Anonymous • NetJets Owner

A NetJets customer for years, our client had cut back his flying and so he decided to sell his share back to NetJets. Unfortunately, his contract didn’t require NetJets to buy back his share for several months, during which time, to add insult to injury, he’d have to keep paying management fees. Needless to say, he was none to pleased and so he brought us in to push back. In the space of a couple weeks, we negotiated a speedy repurchase (saving tens of thousands in management fees), a substantial increase in the final repurchase price and other savings. We also secured important protections in the Repurchase Agreement.

"When my fractional company resisted my request to exit my fractional contract early, I decided to engage Shaircraft Solutions to handle my negotiations. CEO, James Butler, knows the private air travel industry. He doesn’t waste time and, as an attorney, he is an excellent negotiator. Without question, having Shaircraft represent me, rather than going at it alone, resulted in a faster and more financially beneficial resolution for me. I will definitely call on Shaircraft in the future."
