In discussing the pros and cons of a hybrid fractional model developed by Marquis Jet Partners, the article, citing James Butler, notes that, “Wealthy Americans who fly frequently may get more bang for their bucks by choosing among the more elite services: NetJets, Bombardier’s Flexjet, or Raytheon’s Travel Air. That’s because Marquis charges a premium on an hourly rate basis.”
