Business Jet Traveler magazine’s 2009 Buyers’ Guide, which includes an article written by Shaircraft CEO and private aviation attorney, James D. Butler, is a national finalist in the Annual Awards Competition of the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).
In 2008, Butler was awarded the top prize in the “Regular Column, Contributed” category of the ASBPE competition. The award recognized his “Inside Fractionals” column for Business Jet Traveler as an expert review of the fractional jet ownership industry.
The ASBPE editorial contest, judged by business editors, designers, consultants and academicians, is considered the largest U.S. business press competition, attracting thousands of entries from a wide-range of business periodicals.
“Business Jet Traveler is a fine publication and it’s an honor to once again be a part of such a prestigious nomination,” said Butler. “Sharing my expertise and insight through traditional media and our blog, Inside Private Air Travel, is a natural extension of the work Shaircraft does everyday for our clients.
