Shaircraft Solutions Founder and CEO, James Butler, is interviewed by Business & Commercial Aviation on the effectiveness of regional fractional programs. The concept of the limited regional, or niche, program “is a good idea,” explains Butler, but the key is to identify a program that fits the client’s needs, and can execute and deliver. Butler emphasizes, “You have to look behind the fancy brochure to the contracts, which tend to be a lot less generous than the brochures!”
